Royal Mail Returns

 

If your item is faulty, damaged or has stopped working you can request a paid return via Royal Mail tracked returns. 

 

This will only apply to items that are small enough to be sent in the post. 

 

If your items are deemed too big to be sent via Royal Mail please can you get in touch via telephone, email or the HELP button below.  Please do not attempt to send large oversize or heavy items back to us via this method as the post office will reject them. 

 

This return service is only available for faulty, received damaged or broken items.  We do not offer a pre-paid returns system for items that are ordered incorrectly, no longer required or that you have changed your mind and no longer require. 

 

What do I do if my item is too big or heavy to return via Royal Mail? 

 

Please get in touch with us via the contact details below.  DO NOT attempt to send back via Royal Mail as you may be charged an / or the item rejected by the post office.
