Coronavirus – An Important Update Regarding Orders
30th March 2020 - Latest Update:
Varico Ltd are still temporarily closed to the public for ALL telephone enquiries. Emails and 'help' messages are being read however there will be significant delays in response times. New orders are still being accepted however WILL NOT be dispatched until the Government advice changes to allow non-essential businesses to trade as normal.
Our position remains as previously advised on 24th March.

24th March 2020 UPDATE:
With the latest government restrictions on businesses Varico Ltd will now temporarily close at 5:00pm on 24th March 2020. There will be disruption to all orders during this closure and we request that customers who have placed orders that are yet to be delivered and cannot wait until the restrictions are lifted to contact us for a full refund. Any existing orders in our system will be delivered once government advice changes to allow business to operate as normal.
During this time Varico Ltd will be closed to incoming enquiries however emails will still be checked. Any refund requests should be made to firstname.lastname@example.org please allow at least 24 hours for emails to be checked Monday - Friday.
Information as of 23rd March 2020:
With the coronavirus situation worsening and restrictions being imposed it has now come to the stage whereby it is impacting our day-to-day business including the processing of and delivery of orders from Varico Ltd. As always Varico Ltd have the best interests of our customers and staff in mind and take our social responsibility incredibly seriously.
With this in mind we have taken the difficult decision to suspend normal operations from 5:00PM on Monday 23rd March 2020. This means there will be an impact on orders received after this time.
Existing orders placed up to 23rd March:
All orders placed with us prior to 23rd March should be delivered as normal and as per your chosen delivery method.
At this stage we do not anticipate any additional delays for orders placed up to this time.
New orders made after midday on 23rd March 2020:
Any orders placed after midday on Monday 23rd March may be subject to a delay in processing and/or delivery. The length of this delay is currently unknown but lead times may be extended beyond our quoted lead time. We will keep you informed of the anticipated delivery dates via email during the closure.
If you do continue to order the following system is in place: Once your order is placed you will receive an automated email to confirm receipt of your order. Within 24 hours you will receive a second email updating you to the status of your order and an anticipated delivery date.
We will be doing our utmost to reduce delays to your order, however as restrictions on trade and movement change so will delivery lead times.
At any point during the process you can request a full refund which will be made to your original payment method within two working days.

Trade Counter & Telephone Enquiries
To coincide with the above changes to our delivery schedule Varico Ltd would like to inform customers that our trade counter will no longer be open to the public. Please do not visit us as the trade counter is closed.
Emails will still be working during this closure however staff will not be present in the office after 5:00pm on 23rd March. This is to allow staff to self-isolate adhering to government advice.
